I Get No Respect

I have to say, the service here is terrible.  First off, the waitress breaks my food bowl, then somehow manages to lock me out of the apartment. I can explain that one. At this point, she becomes the butler and has to retrieve the mail. I of course follow her to make sure she doesn't drop anything. She scuttles back in quick and shuts the door, with me, on the wrong end of the door.  I amused myself by walking up the stairs, then down the stairs and back up the stairs again.  I became bored and came back down and started knocking on the door. I had to scratch a few times before she finally got off of the phone and answered the door.

Reparations were in order and I did receive a nice bowl filled with Fancy Feast Appetizers. MMMMMmmm I'm thinking I might get locked out again tomorrow.

The Dentist - The Week After

It has now been a week since my return to the vet for my teeth cleaning.  I went last Friday early in the morning and was picked up late in the afternoon.  All I know is, I saw many colors that day.  Everything felt fuzzy.  My food dish seemed to be 10 times bigger then normal.  I was a trooper.  I still ate my food. I will not let it be the boss of me!

I took this picture with my human's camera.  I can't seem to make out the rest of the pics I took or what the hell that thing behind me is.  All I know is, my mouth feels great and food has new flavors.

My chest isn't that bright.  My teeth are reflecting off of it making me look puffier. I'M A PUFFER FISHY!! PUFF PUFF!!

The Day After

Hello there.  Some of you may know that yesterday I had to go visit the Vet.  I was told it was due to my sneezing and constant hair balls left around the house.  Now the sneezing may be due to the lid over the litter box so the vet wasn't too concerned about that.  He was concerned about my dental needs and wanted me to give some blood.  There is no dignity in giving blood.  It took him and a technician and 4 tries in 4 different areas to get it from me.  I wasn't going down without a fight.  There was an issue though with the ride home.  A ride I normally take in silence as I like my human to take in the seriousness of the consequences that will take place for such an outrage of throwing me in a cage.  The drive home was less then stellar.  A corner taken a little too fast, and next thing you know..i'm upside down face first on the floor of the passenger side.  Oh I let my owner know this will not be taken lightly.  There will be vengence.  She better sleep with one eye open for now.

All I Need Is A Roaring Fire

Today is the last day of February.  I'm ending this month with a little love going out to all my special ladies out there.  You know who you are. ♥ Craven

Handmade...Dita Approved

Amy Levensky made this wonderful little kitty house for our outside friends.  She took a styrofoam box and placed a nice fluffy towel inside.  She cut a hole in lid and taped it down so it would stay secure so it could be placed on its side.  Then she slid it back into the big cardboard box it came out of and taped the open panels together to make a little shady roof.  The box will provide some protection from the rain & wind for any of our little friends outside.  I'm just testing it out to see just how comfortable it really is.  Its pretty fantastic in here...now if i could just do something about the room service.
